Waiting On Wednesday is a meme where you basically share an upcoming book that you’re excited to read. It’s hosted over at Breaking the Spine by Jill.
The book I’m waiting on today is…: Black City by Elizabeth Richards.

I know what you’re thinking right now: more vampires?! But I think this book will have bring something new to the whole vampire thing. And as long as these vampires won’t sparkle in the sunlight, I’m excited to read about this new twist! I think there’s still a lot left that you can do with vampires, so I’m interested to see what the author adds. Also, that cover is gorgeous! Not gonna lie, at first I only added this to my TBR because of the cover. But I’m glad that they synopsis is actually good too! 
This book will be released on November 13th, 2012.

ReplyDeleteOh great, forbidden love! I have a rocky relationship with books like these. I love reading about forbidden romance but so many books out there just didn't do it right by me. I hope this one does!

I absolutely adore vampire tales, so something that is a little different, is exactly the kind of thing I like.
ReplyDeleteI've seen this around and it's even on my Wishlist, but I've never read the blurb properly. Truthfully, I think I added it because of the pretty cover! :)
Still, I like the sound of this and it sounds a little dark and torturous love, but at least we'll be able to get our hands on this soon! :)

I loveee the cover of this one as well, Aneeqah! I've seen some mixed reviews of it so far, so I don't know if I'll check it out or not, but this seems to be an awesome new read! Wonderful pick this week!(:
